New Web Site Launched!

The Irvington Chamber is pleased to announced that we’ve completed an overhaul of the Chamber Web site. This redesign, beyond the new look and feel, is intended to strengthen the lines of communication and give our members more ways to reach out to each other.

Some of the changes include:

a new Member Directory which allows for the addition of keyword descriptions and searches
more succinct and easy to read listing of Chapter News and Events listings on each page of the site
new social networking tools, such as Twitter and Facebook, which allow members to share News and Events postings with other people who might be interested, and
a column of members’ paid HTML ads which will be visible on every page of the site.

We’re happy to say that this effort has been done without expenditure of Chapter dues. In fact, the redesign of the site will also allow the Chapter Board to make basic changes to the site in the future without incurring outside programmer fees — a real win-win for the Chapter and its members.

So we hope that you’ll take a look at the new site and become more active in the Chapter so we may continue to improve the business environment for all Irvington businesses.
